I dont think any citizen would own a gun because it's very dangerous and some people do stupid things when they have privileges. By owning a gun, they should have their license and take several courses before buying any type of gun. I also think it is background to chech required to see what the he/she has been doing with the gun she/he owns. I don't think a gun should be registered like a car because a car is totally different than a car. And they should check their background before owning a gun and should carry their their license every they go.
Citizens should be allowed to own only hand guns, but only if they passed a psycological and ceratification test. The skills that a gun owner must possess is a mentally stable mind, a clean criminal record, a recommendation from a police authority after he inspects and passes the owners surrounding, and passes a drug back round check. Individuals must be trained to know how to correctly use a gun and pass the training test. They must also pass the written inspection test to have full knowledge of the limits to owning a gun. The skills and test should be tested once every year. A gun will not be insured and the owner must purchase another one if they wish to still own a gun.

A policy that would enable individuals to own a weapon would be for them to have a license. In order to have a license you must go through several courses of training and undergo a serious checks on your background. you would only be required to own a 9mm handgun and it would have to be registered to the city. These gun owners have to meet several requirements for ex. formal military personell/police/secuirty.
Gun control policy:
A person can only own one 9millimeter handgun per person.More than one gun is not necessary.A person must be also very skilled with a handgun.Test are taken before purchase of the gun to see if you are able to work the handgun. No criminals or felons can not purchase a gun.Mandatory background check is a must.If you lose the gun or break it, no insurance will be insured and you'll pay for lost of the gun.

Only one gun should be allowed in the house, the only two people that can handle that gun should be Parents or a responsible adult. A background check is very important for these guns to be handled, if a person has a criminal record from before they should be under close monitoring. It's very important to have certain skills for having guns because, if you don't know how to use it, it can be a danger to everybody around you. Citizens should own guns only for certain reasons. You never know what kind of trouble can come looking for you. Guns should only be owned to protect yourself. Citizens should only own handguns. Their skills should be tested about every year or so. Background checks should be required because you wouldn't want a delinquent with a gun, that risks every ones safety. Every time you get your skills tested your gun should be re-registered. Guns should be insured like that the government knows you have it, and if you happen to do something wrong with your gun the government would know.

Citizens of New Jersey can own, and bear arms in New Jeres. The gun cannot be any larger than a .22calliber pistol. My policy for weapons would consist of a lot of rules and regulations.I would start off by stating citizens can only own a pistol. No citizen would be allowed to own a bigger more effective gun. To own a gun, skills would definitely have to be displayed. If u have little to no experience with a firearm a mandatory class would be available if you qualify. A background test would definitely be required. This background test would cover all information about the person registering for the firearm.
